We begin with a conversation.

Our story

The person comes before the process.

ApexRise began with a simple belief. Access to support should not depend on how well you know a system or which language you speak.

Why ApexRise exists

Help can exist.
And still feel out of reach.

A letter you can’t read. An application you can’t finish. An appointment nobody explained. These are the everyday gaps we care about closing.

Generated illustration of a respectful conversation in a welcoming community setting, not actual staff or clients.
Illustrative imagery. Our work begins with listening.

Meet the founder

Fadumo Daahir

CEO & Co-Founder

Fadumo founded ApexRise to bring language, cultural understanding and practical follow-through into the same conversation.

Her background spans housing coordination, client support, business operations and service navigation. That experience shapes a straightforward aim: help families understand their options and help partners make the right connection.

For proposed Permanent Supportive Housing partnerships, that aim means helping people sustain a tenancy, build everyday living skills and connect with the providers they choose.

A service proposal must also define staff qualifications, supervision, training, referral pathways and how progress will be documented. Role-specific experience and references are part of that procurement discussion.

The belief behind the work

Listen carefully.
Explain clearly.
Take the next step together.

We start with what matters to the household, respect what language and culture mean, and stay honest about the support available.

How we approach support

With the person

People set their own goals. Their priorities, strengths and choices guide the conversation.

With understanding

Language, family and culture shape how support works in everyday life.

With clarity

We explain options, discuss service fit and agree on the next step before making promises.

Let’s begin with a conversation.

For yourself, a household you support, or a possible partnership.
