What we do with what you send us

This page describes how ApexRise Solutions LLC handles information submitted through this website. It does not describe how we handle client records once a household is being served — that is governed by the consent forms and the contract a household is served under, and we explain it directly before anything is signed.

When online requests are available, the form asks for your name, email, optional organization, a general topic and permission to contact you. It does not ask for household records.

We ask you to send only what is needed to make the referral. Please do not send medical records, immigration documents, financial statements or case files through this form.

Contact requests are delivered through Resend to our inbox. We use the information to respond to you, not to contact a household on your behalf. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. Contact does not establish eligibility or acceptance for services.

We ask the household directly for consent before requesting records from, or sharing information with, any other provider or agency.

Vercel hosts this site and its fonts. When online requests are enabled, Resend delivers contact emails. Upstash Redis stores a keyed connection-address digest and request count for up to ten minutes to limit abuse, without form content or raw connection addresses.

The contact page embeds a Google Maps frame showing our business address. Google may set cookies or collect data through that embed.

You can contact us by phone instead of using any form on this site. If you would like us to delete information you sent through the website, call or email and tell us.
