For individuals and families
Support starts with a conversation.
Looking for help with housing, work or community resources? Tell us what you need and we will discuss the options and current availability.
No documents needed to ask a question. Email apexrise@gmail.com with a general inquiry; please leave out sensitive household records.
Start with what matters to you
What do you need help with?
Housing and stability
Explore housing options, prepare applications and get help understanding tenancy responsibilities or communicating with a landlord.
Money and work
Get support with a job search or resume, and explore training programs and benefit application requirements.
Everyday needs
Find connections to food, transportation, childcare and healthcare resources. We help navigate services; we do not provide medical care.
Household goals and paperwork
Decide what to work on first, understand forms and prepare for appointments with the agencies involved in your household’s support.
What happens when you reach out
Tell us where you want to start
Share a general question, your city or county and the language you prefer. You do not need to gather documents first.
Discuss fit and availability
We discuss whether ApexRise can help, what support is available and any fees or eligibility requirements to confirm.
Agree on a next step
If services are a fit, discuss a plan, point of contact and follow-up. If they are not, ask about other places to turn.
Ask about language support
- Af-Soomaali
- Español
- Afaan Oromoo
- English
- አማርኛ
If your language is not listed, call anyway. We will work with you to discuss available options for communicating with you.
Questions families ask
- Can I contact ApexRise directly?
- Yes. Individuals and families may contact ApexRise with questions about available support. Enrollment in publicly funded programs may require an eligibility decision, a county or Tribal referral, or a Coordinated Entry referral, depending on the program. Available capacity must also be confirmed. Contacting ApexRise does not guarantee eligibility, housing or enrollment.
- Do you speak my language?
- Ask about Somali, Spanish, Oromo, Amharic or English. Tell us your preferred language and we will discuss current availability.
- How should I share information?
- Start with a general question. Please do not email medical records, immigration documents, financial statements or case files. Ask us about consent and how information will be handled before sharing household records.
- Do I need documents to talk to you?
- No. You can call and ask questions before you decide anything, and before you gather any paperwork.
- What does it cost?
- Ask about fees and possible funding when you contact us. Costs and any eligibility requirements need to be confirmed before services begin.
- What if you cannot help me?
- We will tell you honestly, and we will try to tell you who can. We would rather point you somewhere useful than take on something we cannot do well.
Call us. We will listen first.
